‘Star Wars’ record breaking sa $250 million opening

Pumalo na sa 250 milyong dolyar ang kita ng pelikulang ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens matapos magbukas sa Amerika at Canada.

Dahil dito, tinalo na ng ‘Star Wars’ ang record ng ‘Jurassic World’ na tumabo lamang sa takilya ng 208. 8 milyong dolyar.

Nabatid na ipinalalabas na ngayon ang ‘Star Wars’ sa iba’t ibang bansa maliban na lamang sa Greece at India na mapapanood sa December 24 at China sa January 9 ng susunod na taon.

Sa kasalukuyan, ang pelikulang ‘Avatar’ ang itinuturing na record holder matapos tumabo ng 2.8 bilyong dolyar worldwide.
