Nasa ‘white alert’ ang mga ospital simula Dec. 21
Simula bukas, Disyembre 21, ilalagay na sa white alert status ng Department of Health ang lahat ng ospital, regional offices at facilities sa buong bansa.
Ayon kay Health Secretary Janette Garin, ito ay sa posibilidad na tumaas ang bilang ng mga magkakasakit bunsod ng malamig na panahon.
Paliwanag ni Garin, mas malakas ang posibilidad na tamaan ng ubo, sipon at lagnat ang mga bata at mga matatanda.
Kapag nasa white alert status, lahat ng hospital personnel ay naka stand by para sa deployment at augmentation sakaling kailangan ang karagdagang medical services.
