Contractor ng gumuhong covered court ng paaralan sa Zamboanga City, sasampahan ng kaso
Magsasampa ng kaso ang city government ng Zamboanga City laban sa Lamitan VJ Construction and Supplies ang contractor ng covered court sa Sinubong National High School na bumagsak kahapon habang nagkaklase ang mga mag-aaral.
Inatasan na ni Mayor Beng Climaco ang City Engineer’s Office, City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office na makipag-ugnayan sa Department of Education (DepEd) para magsagawa ng imbestigasyon.
Wala pa kasing isang taon mula nang itayo ang covered court dahil natapos ang konstruksyon nito noong November 2018.
Pina-iinspeksyon din ni Climaco ang lahat ng insfrastructure projects na ginawa sa mga paaralan matapos ang insidente.
Ipinasuspinde na rin ni Climaco ang lahat ng proyekto na nai-award sa Lamitan VJ Construction and Supplies.
Kabilang dito ang rehabilitasyon ng isang palengke at ang Phase 3 ng Nuñez Extension Road sa lungsod.
