Rotational brownout ipinatupad ng NGCP dahil sa manipis na reserba ng kuryente sa Luzon
Dahil sa manipis pa ring reserba ng kuryente sa Luzon at pagtataas ng yellow at red alert sa Luzon grid, nagpatupad na ng rotational brownout ang National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP).
Tig-iisang oras ang ipinatupad na manual load dropping ng NGCP o rotational brownout sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng Luzon.
Sinimulan ang rotational brownout alas 9:00 ng umaga ng Miyerkules (June 19).
Apektado ang ilang bahagi ng mga sumusunod na lugar:
– Ilocos Sur
– Angeles City, Pampanga
– Bataan
– Batangas
– Quezon
– Camarines Sur
– Sorsogon
– Metro Manila
Sinabi ng NGCP na maari namang makansela ang schedule ng rotational brownout sa sandaling umayos ang sitwasyon ng kuryente sa Luzon.
