Hustisya para sa Pinay na ginahasa ng pulis sa Kuwait tiniyak ng Malacañang

Galit ang Malacañang sa Kuwait police officer na nanggahasa sa isang Filipina sa Kuwait.

Ayon kay Presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo, may ginagawa nang hakbang si Labor secretary Silvestre Bello III kaugnay sa naturang insidente.

Hindi aniya katanggap-tanggap ang ginawa ng Kuwaiti police officer na si Fayed Naser Hamad Alajmy.

“I have not talked to him with that.  But we are certainly outraged by that and Secretary Bello is responding to that incident,” ayon kay Panelo.

Samantala, agad namang iminungkahi ni Senator-elect Bong Go na panahon na para isulong ang pagtatag ng Department of OFW.

Ayon kay Go, hindi dapat na palagpasin ang naturang insidente.

Base sa report ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), noon lamang June 4 dumating sa Kuwait ang hindi pinangalanang biktima at ini-assist ng suspek para sa finger scanning registration sa airport.

Inatasan ng suspek ang biktima na sumunod sa parking lot at doon na ginahasa bago ibinalik sa airport.
