Red at Yellow alert iiral sa Luzon grid ngayong maghapon dahil sa manipis na reserba sa kuryente
Muling isinailalim sa red at yellow alert ng National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) ang Luzon grid.
Ayon sa NGCP, ito ay dahil sa manipis pa ring reserba ng kuryente sa Luzon ngayong araw, June 6.
Sa abiso ng NGCP, ang pag-iral ng red alert ay mula ala 1:00 hanggang alas 3:00 ng hapon.
Yellow alert naman mula alas 9:00 ng umaga hanggang ala 1:00 ng hapon at alas 3:00 ng hapon hanggang alas 5:00 ng hapon.
Ayon sa NGCP, ang available capacity ng kuryente sa Luzon ay 11,393MW habang ang peak demand ay 11,117MW.
Mag-aanunsyo ang Meralco at NGCP kung kakailanganing magpatupad ng rotational brownout bunsod ng pag-iral ng yellow at red alert.
