Palasyo suportado si Sec. Bautista matapos banatan ni Tulfo
Ipinahayag ng Palasyo ng Malacañang ang suporta nito kay dating Army chief at ngayo’y Social Welfare Development Secretary Rolando Bautista matapos itong banatan ng broadcaster na si Erwin Tulfo.
Sa press briefing araw ng Lunes, sinabi ni Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo na suportado ng buong gabinete si Bautista.
Ani Panelo, ang respeto ay ibinibigay sa lahat at ito ay dapat ding inaani.
“Respect should be given to everyone and it should also be earned,” ayon kay Panelo.
Gayunman, iginiit ng kalihim na dapat nang iwanan ang isyu at magmove forward na ang mga partido.
May mga rason anya si Tulfo sa ginawa nito at humingi naman na anya ng paumanhin na dapat ay tanggapin ni Bautista.
“We are supporting General Bautista; walang problema doon, talagang we are supporting him. Ang sinasabi ko, since nag-apologize na iyong mama at apparently inaamin niya na baka nagkaroon ng… na nag-over siya, eh nag-apologize na nga eh. But definitely, we are for General Bautista, as I said earlier,” dagdag ni Panelo.
Ayon pa kay Panelo, natural lang din na ipagtanggol ng mga kasamahan sa militar si Bautista lalo na kung naramdaman nilang nadehado ito.
“You cannot stop them (PMA alumni) also to express their outrage. That’s the right of any individual or group. That’s their right, They feel that their fellow member has been gravely offended and they rose to defend,” giit ni Panelo.
