American Pedophile timbog sa NAIA

Inaresto ng mga tauhan ng Bureau of Immigration sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) ang isang hinihinalang American pedophile nang katagpuin nito ang kanyang magiging biktima sanang babaeng menor de edad.

Ayon kay Bureau of Immigration (BI) Port Operations Division Chief Grifton Medina, galing sa Pudong, China ang 43-year-old na si Piotr Kmita at lumapag ito sa NAIA terminal 1 sakay ng China Eastern Airlines.

Agad na iti’nurn’ over sa ng BI sa kustodiya ng Philippine National Police’s Women And Children Protection Center (WCPC) ang suspek.

Kakasuhan si Kmita ng paglabag sa Republic Act 10364 o ang Expanded Anti-trafficking in Persons Act.

Ayon kay Bienvenido Castillo, na siyang pinuno ng BI-NAIA’s Border Control and Intelligence Unit (BCIU), humingi ng tulong sa kanila ang mga ahente ng US government’s Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) para imonitor ang galaw ni Kmita.

Nadiskubre kasi ang mga conversation ng nasabing dayuhan sa batang biktima sa social media.

Ayon kay Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente, kailangan munang tapusin ang kinakaharap na criminal charges ni Kmita ang deportation proceedings sa bansa.

At sakaling mapatunayang guilty, kailangan muna niyang pagdusahan sa bansa ang kanyang ginawang krimen bago ipadeport pabalik sa Amerika.
