Wanted na Japanese ipadedeport ng BI

Ipadedeport ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) ang isang Japanese National na wanted sa kanilang bansa matapos maaresto sa lungsod ng Pasay.

Kinilala ni BI Fugitive Search Unit Chief Bobby Raquepo, ang Japanese national na si Fuminori Sato, 37 anyos na naaresto ng Pasay City Police.

Inaresto si Sato ng pulisya sa isang hotel matapos ireklamo ng paglabag sa Republic Act 9262 o ang anti-violence against women and children.

Tumawag naman ang embahada ng Japan sa BI at hiniling na arestuhin si Sato dahil may nakabinbing itong warrant of arrest matapos nakawan ang kanyang kababayan gamit ang ipinatago sa kanyang bank book.

Dumating sa bansa si Sato noong December 4, 2013 bilang turista at mula noon ay hindi na ito nagpakita sa BI kaya’t idineklarang undocumented alien.

Bukod sa summary deportation, inilagay na din sa blacklist ng BI si Sato upang hindi na muling makabalik sa bansa.
