DepEd tumatanggap na ng aplikasyon para sa SHS voucher program
Sinimulan na ng Department of Education (DepEd) ang pagtanggap sa mga aplikasyon para sa Senior High School (SHS) Voucher Program para sa Taong Panuruan (School Year) 2019-2020.
Parehong nagbukas ang manual at online applications para sa SHS voucher kahapon (May 26).
Ang SHS voucher program ay ang financial assistance program ng kagawaran para sa qualified Grade 10 completers na nagnanais matapos ang SHS sa private schools, state universities and colleges (SUCs) at local universities and colleges (LUCs).
Kailangang maisumite ang mga sumusunod na requirements:
• Completed voucher application form
• Bagong 2×2 colored ID photo
• Proof of financial means ng magulang o guardian
• Signed parent consent form para sa mga aplikanteng 18 anyos pababa sa oras na isinumite ang aplikasyon
• Certificate of Financial Assistance na inilabas ng paaralan (kung applicable lamang)
Para sa manual applications, kailangang ipadala o personal na isumite ang kanilang filled out form at requirements sa PEAC National Secretariat, 5th Floor Salamin Building, 197 Salcedo Street, Makati City 1229 bago o mismong sa May 31.
Para naman sa online applications, kailangan isumite ang filled out form at scanned copy ng requirements sa Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP) bago o mismong sa June 2 ngunit maaari lamang gumawa ng OVAP accounts hanggang May 31.
Applications for the Senior High School Voucher Program open today, May 26.
Applicants should submit complete supporting documents to facilitate proper assessment.
