Ito ang naging regalo ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte kay Cadet First Class Dione Mae Umalla na nagtapos bilang valedictorian ng Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Mabalasik Class of 2019.

Personal na inabot ng pangulo ang certificate ng house and lot kay Umalla sa graduation rites ng PMA ngayong araw sa Fort del Pilar sa Baguio city.

Tumanggap din si Umalla ng presidential saber at 13 awards.

Karaniwan nang binibigyan ng regalo ni Pangulong Duterte ng house and lot ang mga nagtatapos na valedictorian ng PMA at ng Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA).
