Precinct finder ilulunsad bago ang eleksyon sa Lunes
Inanunsyo ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) ang paglulunsad ng online precinct finder upang makatulong sa mga botate sa paghahanap ng kanilang polling precincts.
Sa pulong balitaan araw ng Huwebes, sinabi ni Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez na katulong nila sa paglulunsad ng naturang application ang Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
Ang data anya ay manggagaling mismo sa Comelec habang ang app ay bubuoin ng DICT.
Titiyakin anya na walang magiging data breaches.
Sa ngayon ay isinasapinal na ang online precinct finder at inaasahang mailulunsad ito bago matapos ang linggong ito para magamit ng mga botante.
“They’re finalizing it now. So we’re hoping that before the end of the week, ma-announce natin na live na yan,” ani Jimenez.
