Pagkuha ng job requirements sa fresh graduates, libre na – Palasyo

Pirmado na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang bagong batas na magbibigay ng pagkakataon sa mga bagong graduate sa kolehiyo na libreng makuha ang mga requirements sa pag-apply ng trabaho.

Base sa Republic Act 11261, wala nang babayaran ang mga bagong graduate sa pagkuha ng police at NBI clearance, barangay clearance, transcript of academic records mula sa State Colleges at Universities, birth certificate, marriage certificate, tax identification number o TIN, unified multi-purpose ID o UMID card, medical certificate mula sa pampublikong ospital at iba pa.

Kinakailangan lamang ng mga aplikante na kumuha ng certificate sa barangay na magpapatunay na first time job seekers sila.

Inaatasan ng bagong batas ang Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) na gumawa ng database habang pinatitiyak naman sa Public Employment Service Office o PESO sa iba’t ibang probinsya, siyudad at munisipalidad na tulungan ang job seekers sa pagkumpleto ng kanilang mga pre-employment requirements.

Samantala, hindi naman kasama sa mga libre ang mga fee at charges na kinokolekta para sa aplikasyon para makapag-professional licensure exam at career service exam, pagkuha ng driver’s license, pasaporte at iba pang dokumento sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
