Ito ang magiging sandalan ng bansa para maipagpatuloy ang inaasam na economic growth.
Ayon kay Senador Sonny Angara, tiyak na mas gaganda ang posisyon ng Pilipinas kung magkakaroon ng mas malawak na access ang mga Filipino sa Free College Education law at Universal Health Care law.
Giit ni Angara, human capital kasi ang pangunahing dahilan ng paglago ng ekonomiya ng isang bansa.
Isa si Angara sa may akda ng Universal Health Care law at libreng edukasyon sa kolehiyo.
Aabot sa P46 bilyon ang inilaan ng pamahalaan para sa libreng kolehiyo at at P18 bilyong pondo naman para sa Universal Health Care law.
“By making college education free and giving Filipinos equitable access to affordable and quality health care, we are investing in building human capital which is a key factor that can sustain the high growth rate the country has been experiencing in recent years,” pahayag ni Angara.
