UPDATE: Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte niyanig ng magnitude 5.4 na lindol

Niyanig ng magnitude 5.4 na lindol ang bayan ng Pagudpud sa Ilocos Norte.

Naitala ang pagyanig alas 10:48 ng umaga ng Lunes, May 6 sa layong 14 kilometers northeast ng Pagudpud.

May lalim na 15 kilometers ang pagyanig at tectonic ang origin.

Unang itinala ng Phivolcs sa 5.8 ang magnitude ng lindol pero ibinaba sa 5.4 kalaunan.

Naitala ang sumusunod na intensities bunsod ng lindol:

Intensity V:
– Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte
– Bacarra, Ilocos Norte
– Tuguegarao City

Intensity IV:
– Paoay, Ilocos Norte

Intensity III:
– Sinait, Ilocos Sur
– Santa, Ilocos Sur
– Sudipe, La Union

Intensity II:
– Baguio City

Instrumental Intensities:
Intensity V – Claveria, Cagayan
Intensitiy IV – Pasuquin at Laoag City, Ilocos Norte
Intensity III – Sinait at Vigan City, Ilocos Sur

Ayon sa Phivolcs maaring magdulot ng aftershocks ang nasabing lindol.
