Venue ng SEA Games sa Clark target matapos sa Agosto

Nasa 70 porsyento ng kumpleto ang state of the art sports complex na itinatayo sa New Clark City sa Capas, Tarlac para sa 30th Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games).

Target ng Developer na MTD Philippines, Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) at Department of Transportation (DOTr) na matapos ang venue sa buwan ng Agosto.

Pinaalalahanan ni Transportation Sec. Arthur Tugade ang lead developer ng MTD Philippines na si Bong David at si BCDA President and CEO Vince Dizon ukol sa kanilang commitment na tapusin agad ang pagdarausan ng SEA Games.

Maswerte na walang pinsala ang imprastraktura mula sa lindol na tumama sa Central Luzon kabilang ang Pampanga noong April 22.

Kumpyansa ang gobyerno sa structural integrity ng pasilidad na kaya umano ang kahit magnitude 8.4 na lindol.

Bahagi ng New Clark City National Government Administrative Center ang 20,000-seat Athletics Stadium, 2,000-seat Aquatics Center at Athletes Village.

Mayroon din itong 1.4 kilometers park sa kahabaan ng CutCut River na ngayon ay mayroon ng bikeways, jogging paths at amphitheaters.

Ang Clark ang magiging sentro ng SEA Games mula November 30 hanggang December 11.

Mayroong 56 sports ang lalaruin sa SEA Games kung saan maglalaro ang halos 10,000 na atleta mula sa 11 kalahok na bansa.
