CHR iimbestigahan ang kaso ng batang napatay umano ng pulis

Iimbestigahan ng Commission on Human Rights (CHR) ang kaso ng 6 anyos na lalaki matapos umanong mabaril ng isang pulis sa Caloocan City noong Linggo.

Ikinasa ng CHR ang motu proprio investigation para malaman kung paano napatay si Gian Habal.

Sinasabing ang bata ay nabaril ni Police Corporal Rocky delos Reyes habang tinutugis ang isang suspek.

May hinahabol na suspek si Delos Reyes pero nang magpaputok ang pulis ay ang bata ang tinamaan na noon ay naglalaro sa labas ng kanilang bahay.

Kalaunan ay sumuko ang pulis sa Caloocan Police.
