Arestado ang mag-ama sa isinagawang buy-bust operation na pinangunahan ng mga miyembro ng Waterfront Police Station (Station 3) kahapon, araw ng Martes sa Sitio Laray, Brgy. Carreta, Cebu City.
Ayon kay Police Major Joemar Pomarejos, hepe ng Waterfront Police Station, arestado si Norberto Milagrosa ‘alyas Pungkol’ at ang kaniyang anak na si Rotchie Milagrosa.
Nahuli ang dalawa dahil sa pagdadala ng ialang pakete ng hinihinalang shabu na nagkakahalagang P12,000.
Dalawang iba pa ang nahuli sa kasabay na operation.
Ito ay sina Erwin Ona at Armando Milagrosa na sinasabing pamangkin ni Norberto.
