Globe subscribers nakaranas ng problema sa data service
Nakaranas ng problema sa data service ang mga subscriber ng Globe mula madaling araw ng Biyernes, Apr. 12.
Sa abiso ng Globe Telecom, mula ala 1:30 ng madaling araw hanggang alas 8:00 ng umaga ay nawalan ng internet connection ang kanilang subscribers.
Sa panayam ng Radyo Inquirer kay Globe Senior Vice President for Corporate Communications Yolanda Crisanto, server issue ang dahilan ng Globe sa naranasang problema at tanging data service lang ang naapektuhan.
Dahil sa naging problema, maraming subscribers ang nagreklamo sa Globe.
Humingi naman ng paumanihin ang Globe sa naging problema.
