Online at mobile services ng BPI nagkaproblema

Nagkaroon ng problema at hindi nagamit ng mga kliyente ang online at mobile services ng BPI.

Sa abiso ng Bank of the Philippine Islands, sinabi nitong ang problema ay resulta ng adjustment sa iginawa nilang system upgrade noong weekend.

Maraming kliyente ang nag-post sa Facebook matapos na mahirapan silang mag-transact gamit ang online service.

May ilan ding kliyente ang gumamit ng ATM at nakatanggap ng “LINE DOWN” message sa kanilang resibo.

Sa mobile app naman, may mesaheng nakasilat na “currently undergoing maintenance”.

Ayon sa BPI maaring makaranas ng problema sa financial transactions gamit ang online at mobile banking.

Hindi naman sinabi ng BPI kung kailan maisasaayos ang problema.

Magugunitang mula Biyernes hanggang noong Linggo ay nagsagawa ng systems updgrade ang BPI.
