Ang mga napromote na pulis ay kinabibilangan ng 7 Police Executive Master Sergeants, 31 Police Chief Master Sergeants, 53 Police Senior Master Sergeants, 31 Police Master Sergeants, 254 Police Staff Sergeants, at 1,690 Police Corporals.
Sa kaniyang mensahe, sinabi ni Eleazar na napromote ang mga pulis dahil sa kanilang disiplina at maayos na performance.
