Palasyo sa bagong SWS survey: Kapag hindi sangkot sa iligal na droga, hindi dapat matakot

Minaliit lamang ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang ang panibagong survey ng Social Weather Stations na nagsasabing apat sa bawat limang Filipino ang nababahala sa posibilidad na mabiktima ng extra judicial killings.

Sa panayam ng Radyo Inquirer, sinabi ni Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo na maaaring mabahala lamang ang isang Filipino kung sangkot ito sa illegal na droga.

Naiintindihan aniya ng Palasyo ang pagkabahala ng ilan dahil hindi maikakaila na may namamatay sa buy bust operation.

Pero kung hindi naman aniya involved o sangkot sa illegal na droga ang isang indibidwal ay wala itong dapat na ikatakot na mabiktima ng ejk.

Base sa survey ng SWS na ginawa noong December 16 hanggang 19, 2018, 78 percent ang nagsabi na natatakot silang mabiktima ng ejk, mas mataas kumpara sa 73 percent na naitala noong June 2017.
