Tumama ang isang magnitude 3.1 na lindol sa bahagi ng Batanes ala-1:02 ngayong madaling araw.
Ayon sa Phivolcs, ang episentro ng lindol ay sa layong 58 kilometro Timog-Kanluran ng Itbayat.
May lalim ang pagyanig na 25 kilometro at tectonic ang dahilan.
Hindi naman inaasahang nagdulot ito ng pinsala sa mga ari-arian at wala ring inaasahang aftershocks.
