Reklamong qualified theft na inihain ni Kris Aquino kay Nicko Falcis, ibinasura ng piskalya

Ibinasura ng piskalya ang kasong qualified theft na inihain ni Kris Aquino laban sa dati nitong kasosyo sa negosyong si Nicko Falcis.

Inakusahan ni Aquino si Falcis sa paggamit umano nito ng credit card para sa kanyang personal na pangangailangan.

Ipinagkatiwala umano ni Aquino ang credit card kay Falcis para sa mga transaksyong may kinalaman sa kumpanyang Kris Cojuangco Aquino Productions (KCAP).

Sa resolusyon ng Makati City Prosecutor’s Office, ang nasabing credit card ay nakapangalan kay Falcis, kung kaya’t maaari nitong gamitin ang card base sa terms and conditions ng bangko.

Dagdag pa ng piskalya, walang ebidensiyang magpapatunay na ginamit ni Falcis ang card sa intensyong manloko o mandaya.
