Bus na lulan ang mga Presidential guard sa Tunisia, pinasabog, 12 ang patay
Patay ang labingdalawang katao at labinganim na iba pa ang sugatan matapos pasabugin ang bus na lulan ang mga Presidential guard staff ni Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi.
Naganap ang pagpapasabog sa bus stop kung saan sumakay ang mga presidential staff malapit sa dating headquarters ng Socialist Destourian Party ni dating President Zine Abidine Ben Ali.
Dahil sa nasabing insidente nagdeklara na ng 30-day state of emergency sa Tunisia at magpapatupad na ng ng curfew mula alas 9:00 ng gabi hanggang alas 5:00 ng umaga. “As a result of this painful event, this great tragedy… I proclaim a state of emergency for 30 days under the terms of law, and a curfew in greater Tunis from 9:00 pm until 5:00 am,” ayon kay Essebsi.
Sa report ng Reuters ilan lamang sa mga iniimbestigahan ay ang posibilidad na isang detonated bomb ang ginamit sa pagpapasabog sa bus at posibilidad rin na isang suicide bomber ang nasa likod ng insidente.
Karamihan sa mga nasawi ay mga presidential guard staff na sakay ng bus.
Ayon kay ministry spokesman Walid Louguini, itinuturing nilang terrorist act ang pangyayari, pero sa ngayon ay wala pang grupo na umaako sa krimen.
