Ngayong araw na ang unang round ng oral arguments sa kasong isinampa ng Pilipinas laban sa China sa The Hague, Netherlands.

Ang delegasyon ng Pilipinas ay pinangungunahan ni Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Sec. Albert Del Rosario.

Kasama ni Del Rosario sina Solicitor General Florin Hilbay, Supreme Court Associate Justice at dating Solicitor General Francis Jardeleza, Political Affairs Secretary Ronald Llamas, SC Associate Justice Antonio Carpio, Rep. Rodolfo Biazon (chairman of the House Committee of National Defense and Security), at Deputy Executive Sec. Menardo Guevarra.

Ang 48-man delegation team ng Pilipinas ay binubuo ng 6 na Philippine ambassadors mula sa Europe, mga abogado, advocates, expert witnesses, at support staff.

Ang oral arguments kaugnay sa isinampang reklamo ng Pilipinas laban sa China sa isyu ng agawan ng teritoryo sa West Philippine Sea ay tatagal hanggang sa November 30.

Kahapon, isinailalim na sa briefing ni Hilbay at ng principal counsel na si Paul Reichler ang Philippine delegation kaugnay sa magiging takbo ng pagdinig ngayong araw.
