Ito ay matapos makabangga ang isa nitong bus sa isang truck sa kahabaan sa Subic Clark Tarlac expressway sa Concepcion sa Tarlac noong Huwebes (January 31) kung saan lima katao ang nasawi habang sugatan ang halos 30 katao.
Nabatid na 30 na araw na preventive suspension ang ipinataw ng LTFRB sa naturang bus company.
Pina-susurrender din ng LTFRB ang license plates ng 10 bus units nito.
