Si Daraga Mayor Carlwyn Baldo ang utak sa pagpatay kay Ako Bicol Partylist Rep. Rodel Batocabe.

Ito ang sinabi ni PNP chief Dir. Gen. Oscar Albayalde sa inilabas na update sa pagpatay sa mambabatas.

Ayon kay Batocabe, kabilang sa mga suspek sa pagpatay kay Batocabe ay ilang rebel returnees, CAFGU members at isang nasibak na military personnel.

Ang naturang mga suspek umano ay naka payroll kay Baldo.

Maliban sa pagtatabaho kay Baldo ay nagsisilbi din silang gun for hire para sa iba pang tao.
