Niyanig ng magnitude 3.6 na lindol ang bayan ng Sarangani sa Davao Occidental,
Naitala ng Phivolcs ang pagyanig sa 51 kilometers northeast ng Sarangani, alas 5:26 ng umaga ng Huwebes, Jan. 3.
Ayon sa Phivolcs, tectonic ang origin ng pagyanig at hindi may lalim itong 78 kilometers.
Hindi naman inaasahang magdudulot ng pinsala at aftershocks ang nasabing lindol.
