Congressional leaders ipinatawag sa isang pulong ni Trump

Inimbitahan para sa isang pulong ni U.S. President Donald Trump ang mga leader ng kongreso.

Ito ang magiging kauna-unahang sit-down meeting ni Trump kina Democrat leaders Nancy Pelosi at Chuck Schumer, 22 araw matapos ang argumento noong nakaraang buwan.

Sa pulong, kasama ang top two leaders ng bawat partido sa bawat chamber.

Hindi naman inilabas ng White House ang detalye sa magiging pagpupulong pero ang border security umano ang tatalakayin dito.

Nais ng democrat leaders na wakasan na ang government shutdown na ipinatutupad ng administrasyon ni Trump.

Sa mga panukalang batas, nais ng House Democrats na buksan muli ang mga government agency na ipinasara.

Isinisisi naman ni Trump sa Democrats ang naturang shutdown.
