Bilang ng mga stranded na pasahero sa mga pantalan, mahigit 19,000

Bahagyang nabawasan ang bilang ng mga stranded na pasahero sa mga pantalan dahil sa bagyong Usman.

Mula sa mahigit 20,000, sinabi ng Philippine Coast Guard bumaba ng bahagya sa 19,491 ang bilang ng mga stranded na pasahero batay sa pinakahuling datos.

Maroon namang 1,837 rolling cargoes; 129 na mga barko at 46 na motorbanca ang stranded pa din.

Sa mga pantalan sa Bicol mayroong pinakamaraming stranded na pasahero na umabot na sa 8,113; sumunod ang Eastern Visayas na mayroong 4,511 na pasaherong stranded; ikatlo ang Southern Tagalog – 2,426 at ikaapat ang Central Visayas – 2,047.

May mga pasahero pa ding stranded sa NCR, Central Luzon, Western Visayas, Northern Mindanao, at Southern Visayas.
