Halos 4,000 pasahero stranded sa Bicol dahil sa Bagyong Usman
Lumobo sa 3,839 ang bilang ng mga pasaherong stranded sa Bicol Region dahil sa banta ng Bagyong Usman.
Inaasahang tatama sa Eastern Visayas ang bagyo ngayong gabi.
Karamihan o 3,398 sa mga pasahero ay galing sa Matnog; 156 sa Pasacao, Camarines Norte; 220 sa Pilar, Sorsogon; 45 sa Bulan, Sorsogon; 14 sa Virac Catanduanes; 6 sa San Andres Catanduanes; at 390 sa Pio Duran sa Albay.
Ayon kay Sorsogon Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office Chief Raden Dimaano, ang pila ng mga truck at bus sa labas ng Matnog port ay umabot na sa isang kilometro alas-7:00 pa lamang ng gabi.
Samantala, umabot naman sa 163 rolling cargoes at 173 sasakyang pandagat ang hindi pinayagang pumalaot.
