3 endangered na leon, patay matapos mabangga ng tren sa India

Tatlong endangered young lions ang napatay matapos mabangga ng tren sa isang wildlife sanctuary sa western India.

Ayon kay D T Vasavada, isang forestry official, dead on the spot ang mga dalawang leon na may edad dalawang taon at ang isang lioness na may kaparehong edad.

Aniya, magsasagawa ng imbestigasyon ang mga otoridad para malaman kung mabilis ba ang takbo ng tren o nagkulang ang mga forest staff sa kanilang trabaho.

Sakaling lumabas na guilty, agad aniyang aaksyunan para panagutin ang mga may sala.

Kabilang ang mga leon sa sinasabing six-strong pride sa Gir sanctuary sa Gujarat.
