Iyan ay si Associate Justice Lucas Bersamin.
Si Bersamin ay nahirang bilang mahistrado ng Korte Suprema noong Abril 2009.
Nagsilbi rin siyang mahistrado ng Court of Appeals mula 2002 hanggang 2009 at Presiding Judge ng Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 96 mula 1986 hanggang 2002.
Sasapit siya sa mandatory retirement age na 70 sa October 2019.
Kapatid niya si dating Congressman Luis Bersamin ng Abra na binaril habang nasa labas ng isang simbahan sa Quezon City noong 2006.
Mamayang gabi, nakatakdang tumanggap si Bersamin ng Gusi Peace International Award.
