Pumanaw na ang creator ng animated television series na “SpongeBob SquarePants,” na si Stephen Hillenburg.
Pumanaw si Hillenburg sa edad na 57 ayon sa Nickelodeon television network.
Noong nakaraang taon sinabi ni Hillenburg na siya ay nakararanas ng neurodegenerative disease na ALS.
Si Hillenburg ay isang marine biology teacher sa Southern California at gumamit ng sea creatures sa bilang kaniyang teaching tools.
Noong May 1999 umere ang unang episode ng “SpongeBob SquarePants”.
