Kita ng PCSO mula Enero hanggag Oktubre tumaas ng 27%

Tumaas ng 27 percent ang kita ng Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) mula Enero hanggang Oktubre.

Sa isang pahayag sinabi ng PCSO na umabot na sa P54.8 billion ang kanilang revenue.

Ayon kay PCSO General Manager Alexander Balutan, ‘on track’ ang ahensya na maabot ang revenue target para sa ahensya ngayong taon na P60 bilyon.

“Like I always say, figures don’t lie. This is a proof that PCSO is and has always been on the right track in meeting its revenue target or more by the end of this year,” ani Balutan.

Pinakamalaki ang kinita ng Lotto na nag-ambag ng P27.897 sa kabuuang gross sales na sinundan ng Small Town Lottery (STL) na may P21.9 bilyon.

Ayon kay Assistant General Manger Arnel Casas, kumpyansa silang muling malalampasan ang kanilang sales records at maabot ang P60 bilyong sale sa pagtatapos ng taon.

Itinuturong dahilan ng paglobo ng kinita ng PCSO ay ang pagtangkilik ng tao sa P1 bilyong jackpot ng Ultra Lotto 6/58.

Matatandaang umabot sa P1.18 bilyon ang jackpot na kaliwa’t kanang pinilihan ng taumbayan ngunit maswerteng napanalunan lamang ng dalawang bettor.
