Bahagyang humina ang Bagyong Samuel habang kumikilos papalapit sa Daram, Samar.
Sa 5am Severe Weather Bulletin ng PAGASA, huling namataan ang bagyo sa bisinidad ng Daram, Samar.
Sa ngayon taglay na lamang nito ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 45 kilometro kada oras malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong aabot sa 80 kilometro kada oras.
Kumikilos na ito sa bilis na 25 kilometro kada oras sa direksyong Kanluran-Hilagang Kanluran.

Nagbabala ang PAGASA sa malalakas na pag-ulan na posibleng magdulot ng pagbaha at pagguho ng lupa sa Western Visayas, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, at southern Quezon.
Ipinagbabawal pa rin ang paglalayag sa mga baybaying dagat sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng signal no.1 at maging sa northean at eastern seabords ng Luzon.
Ang susunod na severe weather bulletin ng PAGASA ay ilalabas mamayang alas-8:00 ng umaga.
