La Union isa nang election hotspot ayon sa PNP

Inilagay ng Philippine National Police ang La Union sa listahan ng election hostpots.

Ito ay matapos ang naganap na sunud-sunod na pag-atake sa mga local officials sa lalawigan.

Kamakailan lamang ay nasawi sa pananambang si Balaoan Vice Mayor Alfredo Concepcion at ang aide nito habang sugatan sugatan ang kanyang anak na si Mayor Aleli.

Sinabi ni PNP Chief Director General Oscar Albayalde na hindi pa naman anya nakakaalarma ang sitwasyon ngunit kailangan itong tutukan.

Noong nakaraang buwan lamang ay pinatay din si Supiden, La Union Mayor Alexander Boquing.

Pulitika ang hinihinalang motibo sa magkakahiwalay na pag-atakeng ito.
