JBC hanggang bukas na lang tatanggap ng oposisyon para sa mga nominado bilang SC chief justice
Hanggang bukas na lang tatanggap ang Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) ng mga sinumpaang reklamo o oposisyon sa limang aplikante para maging punong mahistrado ng Korte Suprema.
Ayon kay JBC Ex-officio member at DOJ Secretary Menardo Guevarra, maaring ipadala sa mga email address na [email protected] o kaya naman ay sa [email protected] ang mga sinumpaang komento o oposisyon.

Ang mga komento o oposisyon na matatanggap ng JBC ay ituturing na confidential at tatalakayin sa JBC en banc meeting sa Biyernes, November 16.
Bahagi ito ng paghikayat ng JBC sa publiko na lumahok sa pagpili ng iluloklok na susunod na chief justice ng supreme court.
Kabilang sa mga aplikante sina Supreme Court Justices Antonio Carpio, Diosdado Peralta, Lucas Bersamin, Estela Perlas-Bernabe at Andres Reyes Jr.
