Masarap na ngayon ang tulog ng may 20 pamilya ng Barangay North Fairview sa Quezon City matapos na personal na ipamahagi ni 5th District Representative Alfred Vargas ang titulo ng tinitirikan ng kanilang bahay.
Ang lote ay may lawak na 600 square meters at hinati sa may 20 pamilya. Ang bawat isang pamilya ay makakatanggap ng 24 square meter na lote.
Ang lote ay private lot at sa pamamagitan ng National Housing Authority (NHA) ay personal na inabot ni Vargas ang P800,000 na cheke sa mga residente para ipambili ng lote.
Si Vargas na siyang vice chair ng House Committe on Appropriations ay tiniyak na itutuloy ang proyektong pabahay.
