Retiradong marines arestado dahil sa kasong rape

Sa kulungan ang bagsak ng isang retiradong miyembro ng Philippine Marines dahil sa kasong rape.
Naaresto sa kanyang bahay sa Barangay Guadalupe Nuevo sa Makati City si Felix Tabora, 57 taong gulang.
Ayon sa Makati City Police, isinilbi nila ang warrant of arrest laban kay Tabora na inisyu ng Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 140.
Bukod sa kasong rape ay mayroon ding nakahablang kasong acts of lasciviousness laban kay Tabora.
Walang inirekomendang piyansa ang korte laban sa suspek.
