Dating pinuno ng anti-scalawag unit ng PNP nais italagang bagong direktor ng PNPA

Inirekomenda na ni Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Director General Oscar Albayalde si Chief Supt. Chiquito Malayo upang maging bagong direktor ng Philippine National Police Academy.

Ito ay matapos sibakin ni Interior and Local Government Secretary Eduardo Año si Chief Supt. Joseph Adnol dahil sa oral sex scandal na kinahaharap ngayon ng institusyon.

Si Malayo ay ang first commander ng Counter-Intelligence Task Force (CITF).

Samantala, iginiit ni Albayalde na dapat nang maipasa ang mga panukala sa Senado at Mababang Kapulungan na nagnanais na ilipat ang PNPA at ang National Police Training Institute sa PNP mula sa Philippine Public Safety Collge (PPSC).
