Sobre mula sa Makati RTC Branch 148 hindi binuksan sa DOJ
Hindi binuksan sa Department of Justice (DOJ) ang sobre na naglalaman ng desisyon ng Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 148.
Partikular dito ang pagbasura ni Judge Andres Soriano sa hirit ng DOJ na pagpapalabas ng warrant of arrest at hold departure order sa kasong kudeta ni Senador Antonio Trillanes.
Wala kasi sa kanyang tanggapan si Acting Prosecutor General Richard Anthony Fadullon dahil ito ay dumadalo sa isang linggong seminar sa Pan Pacific Hotel.
Dahil dito, ni-receive na lamang ng sekretarya ang resolusyon.
Agad namang umalis ng DOJ ang sheriff ng Makati RTC at agad silang nagtungo sa Senado.
