Base inaprubahang consolidated version ng bicam, mula sa kasalukuyang 60 araw sa normal delivery at 78 days para sa ceasarian gagawin ng 105 days ang paid maternity leave ng isang ina.
Maari itong ma-extend ng 30 araw pero wala na itong bayad.
Sa 105 days na paid maternity leave, may opsiyon din ang ina na ilipat sa asawa ang pitong araw dito bilang paternity leave.
Para naman sa mga solo parent, maaring mapalawig ng 15-araw na paid leave ang 105 days na maternity leave nito.
