Paghahanap sa seafarers na dinukot ng pirata sa Nigeria, nagpapatuloy

Tiniyak ng mga otoridad sa Nigeria na nagpapatuloy ang kanilang mga hakbang para mahanap at mapalaya ang 12 crew members na dikukot ng mga pirata.

Ayon sa Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) nagkasa na sila ng search and rescue operations sa mga crew ng MV Glarus na kinabibilangan ng 7 Pinoy.

Ang barko ay inatake sa 45 nautical miles southwest ng Bonny Island malapit sa southern city ng Port Harcourt.

Sinabi ni NIMASA director-general DAkuku Peterside, ginagawa nila ang lahat para ligtas na mapalaya ang mga binihag.

Katuwang sa paghahanap ang Nigerian Navy at iba pang security forces.
