NCRPO, pinag-aaralan pa kung kakasuhan si Olivar sa kaniyang bomb scare post

Pinag-aaralan pa ng National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) ang posibeng paghahain ng kaso laban kay pro-Duterte blogger Drew Olivar.

Ito ay kasunod ng kaniyang bomb scare post sa Facebook kaugnay sa ika-46 anibersaryo ng Martial law declaration.

Ayon kay NCRPO director Chief Supt. Guillermo Eleazar, patuloy nilang inaalam kung nalabag ba ni Olivar ang Presidential Decree 1727 na may kinalaman sa Republic Act No. 10195 o Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

Sinumang mapatunayang lumabag sa nasabing batas ay makukulong ng mahigit limang taon o magbabayad ng multang aabot sa P40,000 o pareho.

Samantala, nagpaliwanag naman si Olivar kaugnay sa kaniyang Edsa bomb scare post.

Aniya, wala siyang intensyon na takutin ang publiko.

Gayunman, nag-sorry ang blogger sa mga naalarma nito.
