Nagtipun-tipon ang mga estudyante at miyembro ng University of the Philippines at nagsagawa ng protesta sa ika-46 taon ng deklarasyon ng martial law.
Napuno ng ang Palma Hall ng UP ng mga nakasuot ng itim na damit.
