WATCH: Tuguegarao City binabayo na ng malakas na hangin at ulan

Pasado alas 8:00 ng gabi nagsimulang maramdam ang malakas na hangin at buhos ng ulan sa Tuguegarao City.

Sa lakas ng bayo ng hangin, saglit na nawalan ng suplay ng kuryente pero agad din namang bumalik.

Halos wala na ring makitang mga tao na nasa labas ng mga bahay.

Ang mga establisyimento naman sa lungsod kabilang ang malalaking mall ay maagang nagsara.

Pero ang SM Tuguegarao nagpa-abisong pwedeng gamitin ang kanilang pasilidad bilang temporary shelter ng mga taong kailangan ng masisilungan.
