Bagong SC Chief Justice De Castro nakapanumpa na sa pwesto

Nanumpa na sa pwesto bilang bagong punong mahistrado ng Korte Suprema si Justice Teresita Leonardo-De Castro.

Ayon kay Court Administrator Midas Marquez, si De Castro ay nanumpa sa harap ng lahat ng mga mahistrado ng Korte Suprema.

Pinangunahan naman ni Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio ang pagpapanumpa kay De Castro.

Matapos ito ay isinagawa na ng mga mahistrado ang lingguhang en banc ng Korte Suprema na idinadaos tuwing Martes.
