Operasyon ng CebuPac balik na sa normal

Balik na sa normal ang operasyon ng Cebu Pacific matapos ang aberyang idinulot ng pagsasara ng runway ng NAIA noong Biyernes dahil sa sumadsad na eroplano ng Xiamen Airlines.

Sa panayam ng Radyo Inquirer, sinabi ni Charo Logarta Lagamon, Corporate Communications Director, Cebu Pacific, wala na silang kanselasyon ng biyahe ngayong araw.

“As of today po normalized na po ang aming operations, barring any other aircraft technical concerns or weather disturbances, or any other untoward circumstances, we are not planning to cancel any more flights today,” ani Lagamon.

Hindi na rin aniya kinakailangang maglabas pa ng special flights ang Cebu Pacific dahil na tapos na nila ang recovery sa mga apektadong pasahero.

Ani Lagamon, sa 100,000 mga pasahero nilang pinadalhan nila ng e-mail para hikayatin na mag-rebook o magpa-refund ay 60,000 sa mga ito ang nag-self manage ng kanilang booking.

May ilan lang aniya talagang ginustong ituloy ang kanilang biyahe at nagpasyang manatili sa NAIA.

“Nakapag-recover na po more or less, ang ginawa namin yung mga natutuloy na flights ay pinupuno po namin hangga’t kaya. We also gave the freedom to all our passengers, regardless of whether or not cancelled or flight nila from Aug. 17 to Aug. 21 basta po may biyahe kayong international o domestic out pf NAIA Terminal 3 from those period or those days you have the option to manage your own booking via the Cebu Pacific website,” dagdag pa ni Lagamon.
